SUNTON CONSTRUCTION

The Studio · Since 2025

We started with a complaint, not a catalog.

SUNTON CONSTRUCTION INC was founded in 2025 by patternmakers and safety people who were tired of watching good crews wear bad garments — clothing sold on price, then failing on the floor.

Our story

A young company with an old-fashioned standard.

When we opened our doors in Houston in 2025, the industrial-workwear market was flooded with lookalike garments — cut to a generic block, priced to the penny, and returned to the shelf the moment a seam blew out. We were convinced the trades deserved better, and that a small, focused shop could deliver it.

So we kept our scope deliberately narrow. Rather than stocking a warehouse of everything, we chose three hazards worth solving and built a purpose-engineered series for each. Every program we run is customized — sizing, colorways, badging, reinforcements — because the crew wearing it isn't generic, and their gear shouldn't be either.

We're young by design. What we've built since 2025 is a workshop where a garment isn't finished when it looks right — it's finished when it survives the bench.

Milestones

From first pattern to first program.

A short history — because we'd rather tell you what we've actually done than invent a decade we don't have.

The workshop opens

SUNTON CONSTRUCTION INC is incorporated in Houston, Texas, and our cutting floor takes its first delivery of qualified fabric.

The three series take shape

We finalize the block patterns and stress-point reinforcements for the Anti-Static, Weld & Abrasion, and Quick-Dry lines.

First custom programs ship

Gulf-Coast electronics and fabrication clients put our garments on the floor — and the feedback goes straight back into the patterns.

Scaling the standard

We're growing our program roster across American industry while holding the same 48-point inspection every garment has always passed.

What we stand on

Four things we won't compromise.

Hazard before fabric

We design from the risk your crew faces, then choose materials to meet it — never the other way around.

Fit is safety

Gear that pinches, drags or gaps gets taken off. A garment only protects the shift it's actually worn for.

Honest sourcing

Every mill is qualified for weight, weave and colorfastness. We can tell you where a garment's cloth comes from.

Answer fast

Quotes in a day, questions the same day. Downtime waiting on your supplier isn't a cost we'll pass to you.
