SUNTON CONSTRUCTION

The Series · Made to spec

Three lines. One obsession each.

Every Sunton garment is customized to your program — but each starts from one of three purpose-engineered series. This is a portfolio of capabilities, not a price list; we quote each program to your run.

Series 01

Anti-Static Cleanroom Series

Grounded, low-lint garments for semiconductor fabs, electronics assembly and precision cleanrooms — where static discharge is the enemy and particle shedding fails an audit.

Conductive grid

A carbon-fiber grid woven through the cloth continuously dissipates static across the garment.

Low-lint construction

Tightly woven filament fabric and bound seams keep particle shedding to a minimum.

Sealed closures

Covered zips and snug knit cuffs close the gaps where contaminants escape.

Your spec

Coveralls, smocks or frocks — sized, colored and badged to your cleanroom protocol.

Series 02

Weld & Abrasion-Resistant Series

Heavyweight jackets, bibs and aprons that take spatter, slag and grinding wear without flinching — built for welders, fabricators and heavy-industry crews.

Spatter shielding

Flame-resistant treated cotton duck resists sparks and molten spatter at the source.

Reinforced impact zones

Shoulders, elbows and forearms take a second layer where the abrasion actually lands.

Double-stitched seams

Felled and bar-tacked at every stress point so seams outlast the panel.

Your spec

Jackets, bibs, aprons and sleeves — configured to your process and PPE program.

Series 03

Quick-Dry Breathable Series

Lightweight, moisture-wicking shirting and coveralls for outdoor trades and hot Gulf-Coast shifts — cool under load, but built at the seams to take real work.

Three-quarter view of a teal quick-dry work shirt with a snap placket and vented back yoke. Work shirt · ventilated ripstop

Moisture-wicking

A quick-dry ripstop pulls sweat off the skin and releases it fast in humid heat.

Built-in ventilation

Mesh underarm gussets and a vented back yoke move air where the body runs hottest.

UPF-rated cloth

Sun-blocking fabric for crews who spend the shift outdoors.

Your spec

Shirts, coveralls and pants — colorways and logos matched to your brand.
